RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns
We hope you are satisfied with your order however if for any reason you are not you have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return via e-mail at hello@edonamisiri.com. Provide your order number and details of the item you wish to return. Our team will guide you through the process.
Non-Returnable Items
Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have been damaged or altered due to improper care or handling.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method, and it may take up to 7 business days for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or color, we will assist you with the exchange process, subject to availability. If the new item is of a higher value, the price difference will be charged. If it is of a lower value, we will issue a store credit for the difference.
